Cheddar Flow
Last verified August 28, 2026
Start here if you want a live options-flow tape with a 7-day Standard trial. Pay Pro when you want dark-pool prints, gamma exposure, or Power Alerts.
Sourced fit
- Real-time options-flow tape on Standard: advanced filters, unusual volume, flow overview, on-demand historical data, and Cheddar AI.
- 7-day Standard trial at $0, then $85/mo. Cancel during the trial with no obligation (vendor FAQ).
- Pro adds dark-pool orders and levels, gamma exposure, a custom watchlist builder, and AI Power Alerts.
Sourced limits
- Not a broker. Official terms say use does not create an investor/broker relationship. Whether it can send orders is unverified as of 2026-08-28.
- Canadian-listed options coverage is unverified as of 2026-08-28. Official pages we reviewed do not name TSX, Montréal Exchange, or Canadian brokers.
- No ongoing free plan. Standard is $85/mo after one 7-day trial. Pro and Annual have no trial.
- Discord-bot dollars after the displayed $43/mo sale, and the Pro Annual yearly total as a single number, are unverified as of 2026-08-28. Public membership cards were $85/mo, $99/mo, and $75/mo annual.

Pricing
Public prices from cheddarflow.com/pricing as of 2026-08-28: Standard $85/mo after a 7-day trial, Professional $99/mo, Pro Annual $75/mo billed for 12 months. Confirm on the official site before you pay.
Verdict
Cheddar Flow is browser software for scanning unusual options order flow. Public product and pricing pages describe a real-time options-flow tape, filters, unusual-volume views, a flow overview, on-demand historical data, Cheddar AI, dark-pool prints and levels, gamma-exposure tools, Power Alerts, advanced order details, watchlists, desktop alerts, and a Discord community. A Discord bot is sold as a separate product.
There is no ongoing free plan on the public cards we captured. The Standard card on 2026-08-28 was $0 for 7 days, then $85/mo. Paid cards on the same page were Professional at $99/mo and Pro Annual at $75/mo billed for 12 months (“Save 25% For 12 Months”). Pro and Annual cards state that a free trial is not available. Pay Pro when you want dark-pool orders and levels, gamma exposure, a custom watchlist builder, or AI Power Alerts.
This is a directory listing of analysis software, not a brokerage, not a signal service, and not a source of investment advice. Cheddar Flow’s own terms say the products are for informational purposes, “do not constitute investment advice,” and that use “does not create, and is not intended to create, an investor/broker relationship.” Public marketing pages we reviewed on 2026-08-28 describe a website, alerts, Discord, and a contact form for licensed professionals — not account opening or order routing. Whether the product can send orders to a broker is unverified as of 2026-08-28. Do not treat this page as a how-to for placing trades.
Cheddar Flow also describes a mobile-responsive website (“Track order flow from anywhere. Even on your favorite mobile browser.”). A named iOS or Android store listing, and exact feature parity between desktop and phone, are unverified as of 2026-08-28.
The homepage used the marketing line “Uncover unusual options activity and follow the smart money in real time.” The unusual-flow scanner page used “This is your edge!” Those are vendor copy, not a forecast from this directory. We are not saying Cheddar Flow is the best flow tool, the best dark-pool tool, or the best purchase. We are not saying it will make a strategy profitable.
Best for
- Scan unusual options flow on a live tape. Official pricing cards list “Real time order flow,” “Advanced filters,” “Unusual volume data,” “Flow overview insights,” and “On-demand historical data” on Standard. The unusual-options-flow-scanner page describes real-time data, filters, bid and ask, sector, and contract greeks (Delta, Theta, Vega). The homepage says Cheddar Flow “follows the path of intermarket sweep orders across multiple exchanges.” Treat those as product descriptions, not a claim that a print is a trade to copy.
- Starting on a 7-day Standard trial. The Standard card: “$0 for 7 days,” then “$85/mo — cancel anytime.” Pricing FAQ: one free 7-day trial; cancel within the trial with no obligations; after 7 days the account is automatically billed. Official pages say you can start that trial from the site. There is no ongoing free delayed tape on the cards we captured.
- Dark pool, gamma exposure, and Power Alerts as extra views on Pro. Professional and Pro Annual cards list dark-pool orders, dark-pool levels, gamma exposure, a custom watchlist builder, and AI Power Alerts on top of Standard. Those are extra views, not reasons to call the tool number one.
- US-listed examples and multi-exchange sweeps. Official pages we reviewed name examples such as SPY and AAPL, and describe sweep orders “across multiple exchanges.” We did not find an official page stating that Canadian-listed options are supported. See the Canada note below.
That is a fit for traders who want to watch unusual prints as a research input before they send an order somewhere else. It is not a claim that watching the tape improves results.
Skip if
- You want Cheddar Flow to be the broker. This is not a broker comparison, and Cheddar Flow is not listed here as a place to hold cash or clear trades. Official terms say use does not create an investor/broker relationship. Whether the product can send orders to a broker is unverified as of 2026-08-28.
- You want stock picks, alerts-as-advice, or a ranked “best trade.” Official footer copy on the pages we reviewed: “All the analysis information is for reference only and doesn’t constitute an investment recommendation.” Homepage Power Alerts copy talks about profit. Vendor testimonials talk about gains. Those are vendor or other users’ comments, not this directory’s ranking.
- You need a verified ongoing free (delayed) tape. Unlike some neighboring flow listings, Cheddar Flow’s public cards do not show a permanent free delayed plan. Standard is a 7-day trial, then $85/mo. Pro and Annual have no trial.
- You are a FINRA- or SEC-registered professional and need a confirmed live-data seat. The site asks licensed professionals registered with FINRA or the SEC to get in touch about using the product. Terms allow “personal benefit or internal company use.” Whether a retail card includes live exchange data for a professional is unverified as of 2026-08-28. Confirm current policy with Cheddar Flow.
- Your primary job is charting equities or drawing a payoff diagram. Official pages do list advanced charting “Powered by TradingView” and order-detail analytics, but those are extras on a flow product. Charting belongs on chart and screen stocks and on the TradingView listing. Payoff diagrams belong on visualize an options payoff and on the OptionStrat listing. Cheddar Flow is not a Supercharts replacement.
- You need a verified Canadian-listed options chain. Official pages we reviewed do not name TSX equities, Montréal Exchange options, CDRs, or similar. Canadian-listed coverage is unverified as of 2026-08-28. See the Canada note below.

Also listed on that page and on neighboring official pages:
- 7-day trial (Standard only). Pricing FAQ: one free 7-day trial; cancel anytime within the trial with no obligations; if you go past 7 days without cancelling, the account is automatically billed. “Your trial is on a general calendar schedule.” Upgrading to Pro or Annual during the trial forfeits the trial and you are charged. Pro and Annual have no free trial.
- Cancel. Pricing FAQ: cancel anytime from Profile → Payment Info → Cancel Subscription. Cheddar Flow states it is not responsible if a client forgets to cancel. Terms also say you may cancel future recurring payments in account settings; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Refunds. Pricing FAQ: “All sales are final.” Separate FAQ answer: “All payments made are non-refundable and we do not offer pro-rated refunds.” The official refund policy (last update April 2026) describes self-service refunds within 48 hours of a post-trial charge, monthly renewal, or annual purchase/renewal, and a later prorated review with a 20% late refund fee (example on that page: “Annual plan ($891)”). Terms of service (last update April 2026) repeat the 48-hour self-service window. Treat the current refund rule as confirm-on-the-pricing-page and the refund-policy page; we do not pick a winner between those sentences.
- Upgrade / downgrade. Pricing FAQ: upgrade or downgrade from Standard to Pro (and back) from your profile; the amount due is prorated based on days used. You can switch subscriptions at any time.
- Payment methods. Pricing FAQ: credit card and debit card only.
- Annual dollar total. The Pro Annual card showed $75/mo and “Save 25% For 12 Months.” It did not show a single yearly total as a number on the pricing cards we captured, so that yearly total is unverified as of 2026-08-28. The refund-policy example of $891 is not a current pricing-card figure.
- Discord Bot (separate product). Public cards on cheddarflow.com/cheddar-flow-discord-bot as of 2026-08-28: a “15% OFF SALE” card showed $50 struck through and $43/mo, “Save 15% for 2 Months,” code BOT15. Features listed: options order flow and dark-pool data, delayed by 15 minutes, and filtered (FAQ: not the same amount of data as the main application). Purchase is via a contact form. Cancel by emailing an account representative. Bot-page FAQ: payments non-refundable, no pro-rated refunds. The regular bot dollar after that sale window is unverified as of 2026-08-28.
- Licensed professionals. Footer forms: if you are a licensed professional registered with FINRA or the SEC, get in touch about using the product.
Prices change. Confirm on Cheddar Flow’s pricing page before you pay. This directory does not sell Cheddar Flow and has no affiliate URL.
Pros and cons
Sourced from the official pages listed under Verified features. We do not invent partner-program payout rules.
Pros
- Live options-flow tape on Standard: real-time order flow, advanced filters, unusual volume, flow overview, on-demand historical data, and Cheddar AI. Official scanner page lists bid/ask, sector, and Delta/Theta/Vega on each print.
- A 7-day Standard trial at $0, then $85/mo. Cancel during the trial with no obligation (vendor FAQ).
- Pro adds dark-pool orders and levels, gamma exposure, a custom watchlist builder, and AI Power Alerts. Annual Pro is published as $75/mo for 12 months.
- Separate Discord bot exists if the job is posting a delayed, filtered feed into a Discord server. Bot cards showed $43/mo on a 2-month sale as of 2026-08-28.
Cons
- No ongoing free delayed tape on the public cards. After one 7-day trial, Standard is $85/mo. Pro and Annual have no trial.
- Official pages we reviewed do not name Canadian-listed options. Canadian-listed coverage is unverified as of 2026-08-28.
- Not a broker. Official terms say there is no investor/broker relationship. Whether Cheddar Flow can send orders is unverified as of 2026-08-28.
- Discord-bot data is delayed 15 minutes and filtered. Regular bot dollars after the displayed sale, and the Pro Annual yearly total as a single number, are unverified as of 2026-08-28. Current refund wording disagrees across official pages (see the price section).
- Filter-count copy disagrees across official pages (“over 30” on the scanner page; “over 20” on the Flow Algo comparison page). We do not pick a number.

On OptionStrat, flow is an extra job next to the payoff diagram. On Cheddar Flow and Unusual Whales, flow is the job. Unusual Whales’ live page (verified 2026-08-28) describes a 15-minute-delayed free account and paid Dashboard & Tools cards at $50 / $75 / $120 per month, plus politician trades, a GEX heatmap for all US tickers, an options profit calculator, and a separate API. Cheddar Flow’s public cards do not show a permanent free delayed tape, politician-trade views, or an API. Market Chameleon is a stub. None of those rows is a recommendation to switch, and none is a claim that Cheddar Flow wins the job.
FAQ
Is the free plan enough?
There is no ongoing free plan on the public cards we captured. Standard is $0 for 7 days, then $85/mo. That trial is enough to open the tape and see what the product looks like. After the trial, pay Standard for the live tape, filters, unusual volume, flow overview, historical data, and Cheddar AI. Pay Professional ($99/mo) or Pro Annual ($75/mo for 12 months) when you want dark-pool orders and levels, gamma exposure, a custom watchlist builder, or AI Power Alerts. Pro and Annual have no trial. The Discord bot is a separate product; bot data is delayed 15 minutes.
Does it work in Canada?
As analysis software in a browser, yes you can open the site from Canada. Official pages we reviewed describe sweep orders across multiple exchanges and use US-listed examples such as SPY and AAPL. We did not find an official page stating that Canadian-listed options (TSX equities, Montréal Exchange options, CDRs, and similar) are supported. Canadian-listed coverage is unverified as of 2026-08-28. We found no official Cheddar Flow page that lists Canadian brokers, Questrade, Wealthsimple, TD Direct Investing, or Interactive Brokers Canada as integrated execution partners. Named Canadian-broker integrations are unverified as of 2026-08-28. Do not infer them. Currency (CAD vs USD), registered-account constraints (TFSA, RRSP), and Canadian tax treatment of options are outside this review.
Do I need a broker?
No. Scanning flow, opening order details, and using alerts do not require a connected broker. Cheddar Flow is not listed here as a broker. Official terms say the products are informational and that use does not create an investor/broker relationship. Whether the product can send orders is unverified as of 2026-08-28. Public pages describe a website, alerts, Discord, and a contact form for licensed professionals — not account opening or order routing. Do not treat this page as a how-to for placing trades.

Unusual options flow (publicly described)
- Pricing Standard card: real-time order flow; advanced filters; unusual volume data; flow overview insights; on-demand historical data; Cheddar AI.
- Features page: “An intelligent tracking system that identifies orders based on unique options order flow specifications.” Save a filter setup. Flow overview of top bullish and bearish order flow on a daily or weekly basis. Watchlist that delivers only listed symbols, plus real-time stock quotes. Desktop alerts.
- Unusual-options-flow-scanner page: real-time data; the system “intelligently curates” and “automatically chooses the most significant trades.” Filters: “over 30 different sets of filters”; slider controls for expected premium, contract size, and expiration date. Each print: direct bid and ask, sector, and option-contract greeks (Delta, Theta, Vega). Historical unusual-flow database. Export of entire intraday activity “for personal research.”
- Homepage: follows intermarket sweep orders across multiple exchanges; options order-flow analysis in bullish and bearish directions.
- Flow Algo comparison page: “over 20 different sets of data” to filter; saved filters. That “over 20” sentence sits next to the scanner page’s “over 30.” Both are vendor copy; we do not reconcile them.
- Free-trial page: “Track option contracts that are being traded at a much higher volume than their daily average.”
Dark pool (publicly described)
- Pricing Professional and Pro Annual cards: dark-pool orders; dark-pool levels. Not listed on the Standard card we captured.
- Homepage: “Real time dark pool data” — high-volume, privately negotiated orders on private exchanges. Institutional Zone Analysis (support or resistance). Advanced dark-pool filtering.
- Dark-pool feature page: real-time dark-pool data; live charting with support and resistance; an order-flow graph of institutional volume and premium at each price level; dark-pool history for search and back-test; export of intraday, historical date ranges, and entire-market data per symbol.
- Signature prints: “unique dark pool trades that are delayed by 24 hours,” “traded internationally,” and “mainly cover the major ETFs like SPY.”
- Flow Algo comparison page: Cheddar Flow “is directly plugged into the dark pool exchanges and updates the data in real time”; dark-pool levels for support and resistance.
- Discord-bot dark-pool data is a different product and is delayed 15 minutes (see below).
Gamma exposure (publicly described)
- Pricing Professional and Pro Annual cards: “Gamma Exposure.” Not listed on the Standard card we captured.
- Homepage: aggregate net, call, and put gamma across strikes and expirations; “Wall radar (calls vs. puts)”; “Gamma regime” (positive vs. negative net gamma).
- Gamma-exposure feature page: real-time gamma-exposure data; call and put wall analysis; “1 day expected move calculation”; dynamic open interest across expirations; “Intraday Gamma Sentiment Snapshot” calculated using a 1% underlying move; Cheddar AI answers on gamma-exposure questions.
Power Alerts and Cheddar AI (publicly described)
- Pricing: Cheddar AI on Standard; AI Power Alerts on Professional and Pro Annual.
- Homepage: an AI-driven system scans for unusual options order-flow activity and “large, influential orders,” then triggers a Power Alert. That is vendor labeling, not a forecast from this directory.
- AI Power Alerts page: real-time option alerts; “detailed option alert aggregations”; 5-day option-alert performance; charts of how an alert is performing.
- Features page: real-time visual alert notifications; “Intelligent profit / loss calculations”; historical alert analysis.
- Features page: desktop alerts if you cannot watch the tape.
- Gamma-exposure page: Cheddar AI as an “intelligent companion” for GEX questions.
Advanced order details and charting (publicly described)
- Homepage and order-details page: real-time bid-ask spreads, volume, implied volatility, and open interest; historical trends; a 5-day view of volume, open-interest changes, and price movements; buy- and sell-side tracking; detect whether contracts are being opened or closed (homepage wording).
- Features page: advanced charting — “Access stock chart information for any order and run your own technical analysis.” Save custom layouts.
- Unusual-options-flow-scanner page: charts “Powered by TradingView” on symbols that are active with unusual options-flow activity.
- These are extras on a flow product. This listing’s job is still scan unusual options flow.
Data, licensing, and terms (publicly described)
- Paid Standard, Professional, and Pro Annual cards: “Real time order flow.” No 15-minute delayed retail tape is listed on those cards. The Discord bot is delayed 15 minutes. Dark-pool signature prints are delayed 24 hours.
- We did not find an official page that names OPRA, a US OPRA feed, or Canadian-listed coverage. Do not infer either.
- Terms (April 2026): use solely for “your own personal benefit or internal company use”; do not share the account; simultaneous logins from multiple locations may auto-lock the account for at least 24 hours; no copying, redistribution, or scraping (including into Discord, Slack, or Twitter) except as expressly allowed; a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or internal company use.
- Terms: products are informational and do not constitute investment advice; use does not create an investor/broker relationship. Footer on marketing pages: analysis is for reference only and is not an investment recommendation.
- Terms and refund policy: one free trial period; attempts to create multiple trials can cancel or ban the account.
- Licensed professionals registered with FINRA or the SEC are asked to contact Cheddar Flow.
Discord, mobile, community (publicly described)
- Discord community: Flow Algo comparison page: “Discord community of over 9,000 members.” Discord-bot page: “Connect with over 10,000 like-minded traders.” Homepage: “Used by over 10,000+ traders.” Retail-traders page: “Used by over 10,000+ retail traders.” Free-trial page: “Trusted By Over 2,000+ Retail Traders.” Treat those as vendor-displayed figures, not a measurement we audited.
- Discord bot: separate product; 15-minute delay; filtered subset; purchase via contact form. See the price section.
- Mobile: features page — “Mobile responsive ready”; track order flow on a mobile browser. A named native app store listing is unverified as of 2026-08-28.
Homepage stats displayed on the vendor site
- Homepage (captured 2026-08-28): “Used by over 10,000+ traders.” Free-trial page: “Trusted By Over 2,000+ Retail Traders.” Treat those as vendor-displayed figures, not a measurement we audited.
Canada note
This directory is written with readers in Canada as well as the United States.
US-listed examples; Canadian-listed coverage unverified. Official pages we reviewed describe intermarket sweep orders “across multiple exchanges,” dark-pool prints on private exchanges, and examples such as SPY and AAPL. Dark-pool signature prints are described as “traded internationally” and as mainly covering major ETFs like SPY — that is a vendor description of those prints, not a statement that Canadian-listed options are covered. We did not find an official page stating that Canadian-listed options (TSX equities, Montréal Exchange options, CDRs, and similar) are supported. We did not find an official page that names OPRA or a US OPRA feed. Canadian-listed coverage is unverified as of 2026-08-28. Assume US-listed underlyings unless Cheddar Flow shows you a specific Canadian symbol yourself.
Canadian broker compatibility. We found no official Cheddar Flow page that lists Canadian brokers, Questrade, Wealthsimple, TD Direct Investing, or Interactive Brokers Canada as integrated execution partners. Any claim that Cheddar Flow “works with” a named Canadian broker would be invented. Compatibility with a specific Canadian broker is unverified as of 2026-08-28. Because the public product is analysis software, many people use a flow tape in one browser tab and a broker in another — that workflow is a description of two separate products, not a verified integration.
Currency (CAD vs USD), registered-account constraints (TFSA, RRSP), and Canadian tax treatment of options are outside this review.
